Terms of Use
These terms describe safe use, subscriptions, service availability, and local data handling.
A morning aid, not a guarantee
Morn helps schedule alarms and motivate a morning ritual. Alarm delivery depends on iOS, device power, volume, permissions, and system behavior. Morn cannot guarantee that an alarm will wake you and must not be used as the sole alert for emergencies, medication, safety-critical duties, or other situations where a missed alarm could cause harm.
Safe mission use
Choose only missions that are safe and accessible for you and your surroundings. Use Quick Math or Skip whenever walking, camera placement, or movement would be unsafe. Push-Up Attempt is a forgiving movement check, not exercise instruction, medical advice, identity verification, or a form assessment.
Morn Pro subscriptions
Available plans, localized prices, trial eligibility, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown by Apple before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled in Apple’s subscription management interface. You can manage or cancel from Morn Settings and restore purchases from Settings or the paywall. Refund decisions are handled by Apple.
Service availability
AlarmKit, camera, network verification, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and App Store services can be delayed or unavailable. Morn provides an offline Quick Math fallback for movement-service failures, but all services are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.
Local data
Deleting Morn or using Delete Local Data can permanently remove local history and configuration. Purchase entitlements remain associated with Apple and can be restored. Morn has no account to delete.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass Morn’s relay, rate limits, purchase checks, or service safeguards. We may update these terms when Morn materially changes and will publish the effective date here.
Apple terms
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to Morn. These Morn-specific terms supplement that agreement.
